Ilker brings 21 years of business experience in the technology and transportation industries both in technical and leadership capacity. Beginning as an engineer, his technical acumen, communication skills, interpersonal capacity, strategic planning, organizational development and customer insight ability meant progressive moves in leadership. Ilker spent almost 12 years at Fortune 500 technology innovator, Texas Instruments, managing people and developing products and systems for organizational effectiveness. He managed multinational project teams of engineers and led and coached program managers of cross-functional teams all the while strategizing and maintaining customer centric goals. Adding to his expertise in cross-cultural team dynamics, he led international product development that spanned the US, Europe, India, Korea, China, and Taiwan. Ilker is the Founder and CEO of Ausculto GmbH a company with over 7 years of commitment to executive coaching, leadership development and transforming teams for greater success. Among his clients are international companies that include VW, B/S/H, HELLA Aglaia, Publicis Pixelpark, DEUTA, OptioPay, movingimage, swarm64, Native Instruments and Bombardier Inc. While on assignment at swarm64, Ilker coached the CEO to his goal of becoming stronger at delegating and establishing a culture of shared leadership and responsibility with his team. He again coached the CEO and his team at OptioPay to attain his goals of creating a compelling vision, building a high performing team and establishing feedback culture.
