Jean leads Bailey Balfour, a Singapore based consultancy specialising in executive coaching, leadership development and diversity and inclusion. Originally from New Zealand, Jean has lived and worked in Europe and Asia. She has held both executive and non-executive positions in organisations. She is a skilled facilitator and regularly speaks on leadership topics. In her coaching practice, Jean works with senior and mid-level executives. She also has extensive experience of coaching doctors in academic and leadership roles. Jean is passionate about working with leaders in minority groups in organisations.
