In a global business environment, Brandon drives leadership outcomes by “Developing cross-cultural intelligence and intuitive international relationships.” The heart of global leadership is to adopt a stakeholder centric field-of-vision. By learning to leverage cross-cultural savvy, his clients become quickly visible as high-impact leaders on a global stage.

A natural born enabler and leader, Brandon’s coaching focuses on executive presence, powerful presentations, debate, conflict resolution, and business negotiation. His skills as an orator have led him to 3 national debate titles. As a public speaker and Toastmaster, he has coached public presentation to more than 500 learners and his clients have been awarded an array of district, provincial, and National Best Speaker awards.

Brandon has been touted for his highly-contagious energy and ability to sell people on themselves. In his most recent HR role, he worked with employees from 8 different countries through intuitive leadership on-boarding which focused on cross-cultural intelligence. In this role he created and led various courses on powerful verbal and non-verbal communication and skills training on effective presentation, public speaking, and body language.

Being heavily involved in the development of the Global Leader of the Future (GLOF) 360 Assessment and managing all corporate GLOF 360s in the organization has given Brandon extensive experience in pinpointing growth areas for the highest leadership ROI. He spends a great deal of time assisting leaders internationally to create action plans and Authentic Leadership Models for more effectiveness. His knowledge of the demands on global leaders, as well as how to develop the necessary competencies, is rooted in a deep understanding of systematic stakeholder involvement and is guaranteed to generate measurable results.

Aside from managing GLOF assessments, Brandon is heavily involved in external communications for Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. As the B2B relationships manager with partners on 6 continents, his communication style is highly tuned for international audiences.

Having completed university in the United States, Brandon also holds various degrees and certifications in leadership, public speaking, presentation skills, and stage presence. He has certifications and accreditations from recognized global executive coaching organizations, including:
