For 12+ years I worked in HR field. I helped companies recruiting the right people, helped companies training their professionals and managing their employee’s careers, as an organizational psychologist.
In 2013, I started helping professionals directly to manage their careers because career management is a main responsibility of the professional.
I’m passionate about helping executives, and particularly women, to achieve happiness at work! I support them in career acceleration and professional transition to materialize potential and move to the next level.
