Kees has over 10 years of sales experience in corporate environments and over 15 years experience as an entrepreneur. Currently he's working as an executive coach and co-owner at Directiecoach.nl. Working in the Netherlands, Belgium and the Netherlands Antilles.
In this position he coaches executives, directors and entrepreneurs.

 Kees was awarded with the best entrepreneurial vision award for his work at DiabetesDirect. Was owner of three medium seized company's and now for over 10 years he's into professional coaching.  Next to leadership development with Marshall Goldsmith's stakeholder centered coaching he is co-developer of the Ikigai4excellence method that coaches companies and individuals to work on their future orientation.

 Kees has a bachelors degree in microbiology from van Hall Larenstein, university of applied sciences.
He followed the executive leadership and management program at TIAS School for business and Society and has certifications for Professional Certified Coach, Marshall Goldsmith SCC for Leader & Team, Liberating Leadership, TMA proffesional & team and others.
