Michael is experienced in sales, buying, business strategy, marketing and project management.  He has worked with CEOs and senior teams in a range of organisations from multinationals to start-ups.

 Michael has more than 30 years’ experience of working at senior levels in business: specialising in retail buying, marketing, and business strategy.  

He combines this with Stakeholder Centered coaching and Business  NLP to produce successes that are measurable and repeatable. His combination of coaching skills with the latest developments in neuroscience, and a thorough understanding of the best performance improvement processes and platforms give him a unique approach to leadership coaching. He is the Director of both Executive Coaching Global  and Business NLP Ltd.

His clients include senior executives from: Accenture, Argos, AstraZeneca, Barclays, BT, BAE Systems, British Sugar, CSC, Centrica, Canadian National Railway, HBOS, Liquid Capital (Mexico), ODPM, Oracle, Petroleum Development Oman, Network Rail, Roche, The Prime Minister's Strategy Unit, and the main public services.
 

Qualifications & Accreditations

 Michael is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Certified Leadership and Team Coach® and a First Institute SNLP Licensed Coach Trainer. His NLP Training and Coach Training are accredited by both founders of NLP: Richard Bandler and John Grinder.

He holds an Advanced Business Diploma in World Class Marketing and an honours degree in Chemistry. Michael has a particular interest in measuring coaching effectiveness. He is working on a series of research projects exploring the effectiveness of coaching in conjunction with the Henley Business School, where he is a guest lecturer on coaching and leadership.
