With over 20 years experience as an HR executive, founder Renee Anderson understands the needs of the manufacturing environment. She has led Human Resource departments and project teams with direct reports from various locations around the world. 

Her training as a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and Gallup Strengths Coach reinforces her ability to coach leaders through positive, sustainable behavioral change. She has coached leaders internally, to help guide them through implementing positive cultural shifts which have contributed to significant improvements in business results. 

Professional Experience

 Renee has over 20 years of experience as an HR executive in varied manufacturing environments, including automotive manufacturing.  For the last 12 years, she has worked closely with many different cultures, leading HR departments and project teams with direct reports from Germany, Italy, China, Mexico and Nicaragua.
She has extensive experience in developing and implementing programs which focus on organizational effectiveness, leadership development and talent management.  Through individual and group coaching of executives and senior leaders and by introducing change initiatives into the organization, she has helped organizations to make cultural shifts which have contributed to significant business result improvements.  



 

Qualifications & Accreditations

 Renee holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business.  She is a certified: SPHR, Gallup Strengths Coach, Marshall Goldsmith SCC - Executive Coach, Harrison Assessment Interpreter and DDI Leadership Instructor.
