“I first engaged Sebastian Salicru as my leadership coach, and coach for my team, in August 2017 for a 12-month period. During that time, among other things, I learned how to be a better listener and negotiator, how to delegate more effectively, and how to ask powerful questions to make my people more accountable. On completion of our coaching contract, I can proudly say that I’m a better public speaker, storyteller and coach. As a result, I can now coach my team with confidence and impact. In turn, and while this hasn’t happened without challenges during the journey, my managers are also becoming better at coaching their teams themselves. Not to mention, of course, the positive commercial impact this is having on my business. I unreservedly recommend Sebastian as a leadership coach, especially to any managers or business owners who want to become coaches.”
