Having worked across a range of organizations from start-ups through to multi-nationals, in a variety of industries including fast moving consumer goods, fashion, consulting, IT and financial services, Hannah has managed multi-cultural teams for most of her professional career. Her cross-cultural and diverse leadership experience is an invaluable resource for her coaching clients. As Global Head of Leadership Development at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, she has worked with hundreds of coaches from all corners of the globe. As a result, Hannah has a keen understanding of both the enormous benefits and some of the challenges coaches and their leaders’ experience, which she uses to navigate the coaching process.
Having established and run two businesses from the ground-up, Hannah brings an entrepreneurial resilience and creativity to her leadership and coaching. With first-hand experience of being coached herself, she combines empathy with focus to motivate executives to take their leadership to the next level.
Hannah has worked in top performing global teams as an investment banker in Hong Kong (Salomon Smith Barney) and later as a strategy consultant in London. This has made her uncompromising in her drive for the highest standards of leadership behavior. Her experience in leadership development and organizational culture change began in 2001 with Harvard Business School professor John Wells, where she worked as a consultant helping European MNCs to become more organizationally agile.
Originally from London, UK Hannah has spent much of her professional career working in Asia, particularly in Hong Kong and South Korea.
She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.
